"This is as good as you will find in Assomada. It is quite the shock to leave the street and find tile floors and hard-wood hand-carved doors. It is very clean. It is not luxury by Western standards, but it was comfortable and inviting. Wi-fi is available, but difficult and slow."

"The hotel/guest house is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms, decorated to a very high standard. The breakfast is very good, with freshly baked and cooked items on request. Although the location is very safe and secure, the surrounding area is still being built and has not been completed yet, but this should not put you off as it is only a short stroll from all local amenities and the beach.
