"Casa Patrizia" is part of the farm "Il podere di Francesco", composed of two other independent apartments: "Casa Francesco" (for 4 guests) and "La casa di Luca" (for 4 guests).

The farm "Il podere di Francesco" is located in Rivotorto di Assisi, Via di Bassano (Passo della Pietra 5/7), a small village on the slopes of Mount Subasio, 7 km from the seraphic city of Assisi. Location immersed in open country, it is a quiet place for a relaxing holiday.
From our structure in 5 minutes by car you can reach the national road E45 and quickly visit other places of historical, religious and artistic interest such as: Spoleto, Foligno, Gubbio, Perugia, Spello, Orvieto, the important fair center of Bastia Umbra and the "San Francesco di Assisi" airport which is only 15 km away.

Amazing property and house; just a very short drive up the hill to the town of Assisi

This place is amazing and Patrizia and her family are great and accommodating. The house is incredible and a perfect place to spend with your family or significant other. It was a very short drive up the hill to get to the town of Assisi and coming back to the house provides a scenic drive. It was truly amazing, and we even canceled a leg of our trip in Italy to stay an extra night which Patricia easily made possible. Thank you
