"A good property for 3-4 adults, the attic might be good for agile children and teenagers. The eclectic decor is a mixture of Middle Eastern and Baltic. The off road car park is a bit small for family estate cars, but on road parking is free."

"We enjoyed the extra space that Clare pod gave us. We enjoyed the cycle route that Mat kindly download into my new Hammerhead Karoo GPS bike computer. The area is so beautiful to cycle through."

"spotless , I like the little touches like the bottle of bubbly and chocolate Easter eggs. It is a lovely location , in a beautiful village, and the sunset over the field from the veranda are stunning. Highly recommended"

"Lovely, well-equipped lodge. Lots of extra touches, like eco-friendly toiletries, locally produced apple juice and towels for the dog. Very peaceful location on angling club lake, a perfect getaway."

"Was really looking forward to this Christmas break, on arrival we were somewhat taken aback at the entrance to the property greeted by a broken down farm building. The promised Christmas decorations was just a tree, in the write up it promised sufficient supplies would be available, nothing not even a pint of milk. Such a disappointing start which soured our stay and left after 2 nights."

10/10 Excellent

"Booked at last minute but so much better than we first thought, rooms were immaculate, clean and with perfect air conditioning. Managed to get a parking space but it’s worth noting the car park is small and £10 a night. Booking breakfast in advance was worth it and good range of options, only criticism would be the orange juice was not actual orange juice but a very minor point. Would definitely recommend."
