Anstrich der Fenster, "blinde" Scheiben) Das wichtigste: der Schlafraum oben ist nur für Kinder nutzbar, für 2 60-jährige Frauen nicht, da die Treppe sehr steil ist und man auf der Treppe nicht aufgerichtet gehen kann."

"Der Blick auf die Flensburger Förde war wunderschön. Auf der Wiese vor dem Fenster haben sich Rehe und Hasen eingefunden und ließen sich beobachten. Der Strand war nicht so schön, weil steinig. Aber Langballigau in der Nähe und Holnis (20 Min. mit dem Auto) waren ein Traum. Wir haben uns gut erholt."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und funktional für einen Urlaub von 2 Erwachsenen; leider fehlt etwas Platz, um die Kleidung verstauen zu können, da es keinen Kleiderschrank gibt. Einige zusätzliche Haken an der Wand (auch im Bad) hätten schon geholfen. Die Lage kann mit der Wohnung leider nicht mithalten: neben einer Kirche und einer doch relativ stark befahrenen Straße. Die Kirchenglocke läutet auch die ganze Nacht durch, weshalb Oropax dringend notwendig waren."

"Schöne Wohnung , wie beschrieben. Lage direkt am Hafenbecken. Alles soweit top, auch für Hundehalter alles vorhanden. Nur das drumherum fehlt ein wenig. Nur eine Pizzeria auf dem Resort, ansonsten muss man nach Kappeln fahren, aber gebaut wird an allen Ecken. Nur anders herum wär es schöner, ein Cafe und /oder eine Eisdiele oder ein zweites Restaurant oder Kiosk vor den ganzen Neubauten wäre schön gewesen. Waren jetzt nach 5 Jahren das 2te Mal hier, aber nochmal kommen wir wohl nicht denn das...

"die Wohnung war sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Leider keine Sitzkissen für die Balkonstühle.Das Umfeld war trostlos,seelenlos. Das Haus sehr hellhörig, Fahrstuhl und Treppenhaus sehr ungepflegt. Meine Schwester und ich werden nie mehr nach Olpenitz fahren."

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"The garden is very spacious and beautiful. The highlight of the property is the fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. The living room is good sized for 2 families and kids. The common areas and bathrooms are clean, with all the facilities in place (washing Maschine, vacuum cleaner, white goods etc) The furniture in some of the bedrooms could use a bit of fixing up. Overall a good experience at reasonable pricing."
