"It's a very beautiful hotel and the front desk people Audrey and William were so helpful. They listened to our complains and acted promptly. They changed our rooms when it got so hot and the AC wasn't working. Audrey went the extra mile to offer us free breakfast to apologize for the AC problem but unfortunately, we overslept and couldn't go for the breakfast. We love this hotel and we will recommend it to our friends. Thanks for your service."

"Friendly, informative staff at reception, clean, well-equipped room and proximity to the airport for an early morning flight meant that my 1-night stay was a good experience. The bathroom was a little small and the breakfast was basic but well executed and I was delighted that continental breakfast is available from 4am and a cooked breakfast from 6am. "This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful place, with really friendly staff and everything you may need for a getaway or a celebration. Air conditioning in the room was perfect. The only con I’d mention about the room is dirty windows. Peacocks can be a bit loud but do add to the vibe"

"First visit, been fully upgraded, really big open spaces, rooms are spacious and comfy. The brasserie restaurant was a nice place to be, good food and great drinks with good, friendly service. Y spa was excellent, just what was needed."
