"Absolutely awesome! This was like stepping back to a ski chalet years ago before all the crowds glitz & glamour of Aspen. BUT in a modern fun cozy feel that left us not wanting to leave. The room was fantastic…. bedding fabulous…. & pool view was awesome. The free tea & coffee. Free happy hour wine & snacks… free breakfast….. Who gets free in aspen!! The lobby’s cozy fireplace area is phenomenal. The location & views are stunning. We can’t wait to come back! Don’t change a thing… nostalgia...

"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30. Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone? Staff did call us morning of checkout to...

"Had a great fall stay at Timberline - location is great near dining and the mountain."

"Location is the best! Steps from ski rental, lift tickets, and gondola. Great breakfast and lunch. On Saturday night, they provided cheese and chocolate fondue, as well as appetizers in the Great Room. A very nice touch. Wonderful staff and cleaning crew. Free shuttle to and from ASE airport. Free village bus service to all four mountains. Excellent accommodations if you’re in it for the skiing. "
