Perfect condo for a ski vacation!!

We have been coming to this condo every year when we Spring Ski because we love the coziness of the unit! With the nice mountain views, fireplace, full kitchen w/ washer & dryer, the amazing mattresses, and the huge hot tub & pool, we also love how easy it is to walk everywhere and the 4 Mountain bus stop just outside the door. The manager Brian is excellent & Abigail & her daily cleaning crew are wonderful!!

Great Stay

Had an amazing week at Chateau Roaring Fork. The location was perfect for a stay without a vehicle as everything is walkable including the City Market. Will definitely consider coming back!

Great place!

Clean, nice neighborhood location, well appointed with plenty of dishes and variety of cookware. Easy walking access to grocery stores, shopping, skiing, restaurants, just remember to dress for the cold or wintery sidewalks.

Great spot in Aspen with tons of character!

This property exceeded our expectations - super clean, fully equipped, fresh linens, very cute, extremely comfortable beds, walkable to everywhere in town and the gondola. Ski lockers outside are great, multiple hot tubs, and a great vibe in the area. The walk home at night was one of my favorite parts of staying here. Brian is also a fantastic host and responds to emails instantly. Definitely adding this property to my “will go back” list!

Awesome Location Great Price

My wife and I stayed with our friends who flew in. Beds were so comfortable, and very, very warm even considering how cold it was that weekend! The condo is absolutely full of amenities, which was such a nice touch. Everything you need is there, including toiletries, and stuff in the kitchen. Very close to everything in town. We could have walked if we needed. Additionally, they have housekeeping daily which is a really nice touch. Would stay here again.

Another great stay!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit for a weekend. Had another great experience. Great location, as you're a few blocks removed from the hustle and bustle of Aspen, but so close to everything still. Ample parking on the street behind the unit as well, which is free on the weekends. Brian is always very responsive and helpful, and Abi our housekeeper was great.

Great location, daily cleaning service, attentive host. great communication, Condo is quiet, Would stay again. Only small drawback is no air conditioning and since unit is on ground floor not recommended to open windows at night. So it was a bit hot for sleeping. for aleeping durong un.

Apsen Condo walking distance to Apsen Gondola

The place was very clean. They provided service everyday to lightly freshen the place but she did more! She cleaned provided fresh towels everyday as well as tidied every bedroom. We had two issues during our stay that Brian resolved immediately. There was no disruption to our stay and he was very fast to respond. The place is stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils and has a washer and dryer which was great. The place is walking distance to APEX gondolua, Ruby Transit Center and the City Market. Definitely would stay here again.

Good property not great

Our recent stay was mixed. Property is well located and clean. It is on the first floor so most views are of the parking lot. The ceiling is thin and we could hear every step of the people above us - we spoke with them and they were in slippers even though it sounded like ski boots. There was not enough hot water- if two people took a shower or bath there would not be hot water for hours- the property needs a larger hot water tank. Overall good experience but one of the most expensive stays for a property of this level we have had
