This unit is a brand new, completely remodeled unit designed by a local interior designer with every luxury and detail in mind. | The living area features wood flooring, a sectional with chaise, wood burning fireplace and built-ins with flat screen TV and is open to the kitchen area. A large barn door opens to the adjacent den which has a sofa and lounge seating. There is a bench/storage area off of the entry, as well as a washer dryer and art niche. Master bath has a large walk-in shower with rain head and hand-shower, full height tile, make up mirror and plenty of storage. | Guest bath features a soaking tub/shower with handshower and full height tile. Master Bedroom features a walk-in closet, dresser with solid surface top, flat screen TV, and fully upholstered king bed (Stearns and Foster mattresses) with accent pillows and down alternative duvet . | Guest Bedroom offers 2 extra long twins or 1 king bed (Stearns and Foster mattresses) with upholstered headboard, down alternative duvets and accent pillows.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family rented this unit for my daughter’s wedding. There were 3 of us. The space was tremendous and the location, perfect. Unit 204 comes either the benefit of a shared porch overlooking the pool & hot tub. Given the time of year, it was practically a private patio. We had family over for brunch and a group of friends over separately for cocktails. The space was ideal for these gatherings. With great design features, we never felt like we were at a hotel. We didn’t want to leave and get back you our day jobs
