"Great hotel for short stay near to airport. Basic but perfectly acceptable for our needs. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would book again if just need an overnight before and after a flight."

"This hostel is lovely. The staff is attentive and caring, and everything is kept impeccably clean. I stayed alone in a room and felt very safe — I had everything I needed. I really enjoyed the location — it’s perfectly situated to enjoy Alicante’s most exciting attractions and restaurants!"

"This place can hardly be called a hotel, it’s more of a hostel with individual rooms but shared bathrooms. The room was quite dirty with dust and hair on the floor. The condition of the bathrooms was similar (see photos). "

"Ingen i receptionen vid ankomst och inget nummer att ringa. Dubbelrum bokat för en person i dubbelsäng. Att bo två i samma dubbelsäng kostade 50% extra (inget extra linne eller frukost eller liknande som motiverade påslaget). Ingen i receptionen vid avresa heller. "

"Yolanda es encantadora. Fue muy amable e informativa, y nos dio facilidades en lo que pudo. El alojamiento está muy limpio y cuidado, tiene secador y plancha a disposición, y además del espacio de cocina y desayuno, en la habitación también había, además de agua y bollos, un poco de fruta, lo cual agradecimos especialmente. Eso sí, al alquilar tened en cuenta que hay habitaciones con el baño privado dentro del propio dormitorio, y otras que lo tienen por separado (aunque también privado), algo...

"Buen trato, condiciones buenas, disponibilidad 24 h del personal para lo que se podria necesitar. Calidad/ precio, echilibrado. Un poco retirado para ir andando a la playa, pero en general bien."

"Turned up to check in, after already telling them my check in time. The hotel was closed and wouldn't let us in. Leaving 2 women on there own with no where to stay. Have refused to give us a refund and were aggressive and rude the next day. I have heard lots of bad reports from locals about them now too."

"Very nice hotel that is perfect for a city break in Alicante due to its location. As well as the very nearby tourist places of interest, it is surrounded by dozens of fantastic restaurants and bars. Beaches can be walked to from the hotel but if you don't feel like walking there is a nearby taxi rank or you can ask the staff to help book for you. There are also lots of buses."
