This is a neat little pub I came across in Ashwell, Hertfordshire, UK during a visit in December, 2009. To me, it's the quintessential pub!

"The property was clean and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive. A perfect location in the perfect village with short access to local pubs and walking paths. The locals are extremely friendly and will say ‘hello’ as you walk through the village. Recommend Rhubard and Mustard for a coffee and piece of cake."

"Das Haus war großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet.Allerdings stimmte die Lage nicht mit der angegebenen Position auf der Webseite überein. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Landstraße, was auf der Webseite natürlich nicht ersichtlich war.Dieser Fehler wurde jetzt jedoch behoben.Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig und im Badezimmer oben ist Schimmel an der Decke.Sehr schade."
