"The only thing was the elevator. When we wanted to go downstairs we had to call the desk and they would send it up but they were very quick about it."

"Property was well kept. However, there was a gap between the mattress and headboard that had debris that was not far from your head. I would suggest that area needs to be vacuumed regularly. The TV provider was hard to get to work. There were 2 remote controls to work. But the bathroom was very clean and the setup of the room was nice."

"Great hotel quite, comfortable beds. Great location"

"Beautiful view of the river. Set up was very convenient. Only concern was that the casino was a smoking environment."

"We cancelled after finding out they released a bug bomb in the room, they had no other appropriate accommodations so we left."

"The manager was nice and helpful. The price was good."

"The tour of the Duff mansion was exquisite & so were the accommodations!! Authentic furniture & furnishings of the 1800s. The gal tour guide went way beyond in details & historic retelling of stories; & our welcome was very warm with a wine mtg at the mansion. The breakfast was fancy & super good. We met wonderful guests from all over- even Europe. It was a very special experience to go back in time & relive the Civil War era. All the extras the owner provides is extraordinary!! This is a must...

"I have nothing negative to say everything was how I expected it to be."
