"The hotel was great. Our room overlooked the pool so the hallways were quite humid and warm. A room in the other wing would have been ideal. We did have a lake view which was wonderful. The staff were very friendly."

"Nice small family resort. Cottage had plenty of space. It was well supplied and everything worked. Local ice cream was a nice touch. Good location and nice views. Just don’t expect many amenities or a refined, modern experience."

It is a great destination at the top of the state of Wisconsin! There is so much you can do. We enjoyed local restaurants and stayed away from franchises. There were winter activities that were great to watch - biking across the bay, kites on the bay

City has to do more to capitalize on its location-it's still mired in the 60's. It needs to step up and realize the potential its location has to offer and become the regional focus for managed/responsible recreation. Cities with less have done more
