"Old hotel that’s needs to be updated, terrible elevator set up - guests constantly waiting for several minutes. Specifically as it pertains to the parking garage. Location and staff were really good."

"This is a nice hotel with an exceptional staff but if I’m dropping $250+ for a hotel room I’d like some Charmin and not that sand paper they call toilet paper. And another thing, why no microwave in the room? Is that a nice hotel thing. I had bomb ass BBQ leftovers I had to eat cold. One more thing, if I’m your guest why are you charging me for parking? Doesn’t seem very hospitable."

"At check in the gentleman with longer hair barely even looked up at us. Once in our room we discovered yellow crusty stuff on our bed. We let the front desk know and said that we would be out for a while and would like it to be addressed before we got back. Over 4 hours later when we returned it was still there. We went back to the front desk and spoke with the same gentleman with a beard and glasses that we had brought the problem to earlier. He told us housekeeping was gone for the day now and he would try to get the porter up to address it. We gave them one hour and no one ever came. We couldn't even use our expensive room because the same stuff was also on the bench. Went back down again, this time more frustrated and they tried to move us to a queen room on a lower floor. When we were coming from a king room in the corner. We checked that room and it was in poor shape so they put us in another queen room on the 11th floor. This room was clean with a little more space. The shower the next morning was like a warm trickle, i could barely wash my hair. We tried to stop in the Italian restaurant for a drink later that evening and it seemed as if the bartender didn't want us there. Then without notice of last call or any communication she through our bill in front of us and our friends who were there with us. The service at breakfast was a little better but didn't have the first two things I tried to order from the menu. Overall poor experience. Stay at the much nicer hotels "

"Room was clean. My only negative experiences were being out of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room. The AC unit also did not work. I talked to the front desk and they brushed us off saying it takes time to work. Never worked at all. Had to take a cold shower to be comfortable.. otherwise property was great."

"The Westin Hotel in Kansas City was great Convenient to Amtrak and well situated. It has to be good because it's associated with Hallmark and Hallmark' s motto is " when you care enough to send the very best.""

"The pictures honestly don’t do this home justice. It was awesome and they thought of everything you could possibly need. The living room is updated far from what the pictures show. It was large enough we didn’t even realize we had access to the lower level. Had some nice weather and we were able to sit out on the porch. We really enjoyed. Appreciated having a parking space in the driveway too"

"It was close to where we needed to be and easy to get back and forth. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but it worked out. Nice pond across the way was a nice bonus. "
