"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. The art work was beautiful!! Our room was super clean, super quiet & super convenient to Longwood Gardens. I wish check in at every hotel was as easy & convenient as the Artelo was. Once you make your reservation theyll send a msg with your door code & check in time as well as contact info if needed since they don't have a staffed front desk or on-site. The mini bar was really nice option that you honestly don't see...

"We real enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A couple of small quirks such as spotty internet and the bathroom door would not close but other than that we loved everything. Front desk staff was very helpful and the onsite restaurant Krazy Kats was great. My wife visited the Spa and said it was terrific."

"I always enjoy my stay but this time I was a little disappointed due to no heater in the rooms and in the rooms there was the sounds of the water heater that didn’t let anyone sleep. I wish I would’ve known ahead of time the hotel was under maintenance repair."

"The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."

"The walk behind the hotel is exquisite. It is just breathtaking to walk back there and recharge and see the beautiful scenery. The front desk attendance were outstanding. Everything was just wonderful. Completely unexpected and definitely will return."
