We really enjoyed our short stay here! The cottage is clean, in a great location for walking to OSF and great food, and in a good neighborhood. Communication with the owner/manager was very easy and they were responsive to our few questions. We hope to return in 2025 for a longer visit!

The location was great. Kitchen well supplied. A table to sit at while eating would be nice. Also a small outdoor space that is not on an alley would be pleasant to have

This was our second stay at the property, it was as fine as the first last year. Extremely convenient, we didn’t use our car again after arrival. We actually used the kitchen this time too, all in good working order, nice dishes and utensils, etc. We hope the show goes on so we can stay again next year (or sooner).

clean and comfy bed. Overall, nice. BUT front door lock and instructions not good. The numbers on the lock are invisible. there is no obvious "home" button to push. None of which is mentioned in the instructions. Also, the sign on the top of the fridge needs attention. The headline is "Before you leave" with no hint that tenants should read it upon arrival to see the internet instructions. There is no book of further information as claimed.

truly the perfect tiny house for a couple to stay in! overall we had a lovely time, and we would stay here again if we come back. super easy walking distance to the Main Street of Ashland while still being far away enough to ensure seclusion and privacy. we had an issue with a different guest parking in our spot the first night but the host immediately proposed a temporary solution while they sorted the issue out. a few issues: the linens were universally stained, on the bed and the towels in the bathroom. I don’t think this means they weren’t washed but they didn’t look very nice. also, you can’t get into the fridge if you are sitting at the little table in the kitchen, which is impractical. last issue was the water in the shower which throttled from burning to freezing and back. however, in the grand scheme of things these are all small issues. I would recommend staying here.

My husband and I wanted to include my 91 year old mother to see a play in Ashland and found this bungalow specifying we would be 3 adults.
The photos along with the description that the bungalow sleeps 4 led us to believe this could work for us.
We had decided in advance that we would leave the bedroom to my mother because it was closest to the bathroom and that my husband and I would use the sofa-bed.
Unfortunately the sofa-bed that appeared in the photo was not the one we found in the bungalow. It was a size that could perhaps work for a child, but certainly not an adult (not long enough).
My mother and I ended up sharing the queen-size in the bedroom, and my husband had to try to sleep on the hard and uneven surface of the sofa-bed. Please try it yourselves to verify the experience.
Because we arrived in the evening close to time to see the play, we did not have time to communicate the problems we encountered upon our arrival.
We also had trouble with the noise level of the air-conditioning which was off when we arrived in nearly 100° weather. We turned it on while we were at the play and that helped a little, but then turned it off at night preferring to let the cool night air come in from the windows to forgo the noise, but there were not enough windows that could be opened.
Last issue was a maintenance person who came to use a leaf blower right under our window to sweep the parking lot at 7 am.
I did appreciate that the telephone cord I forgot was sent to me.

Really pleasant and convenient to the Safeway and

Couple of lovely dinners out - the kitchenette quite nicely appointed.
Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I loved the town of Ashland. This rental space is perfect for a couple, it’s small but has everything we needed. It is the perfect location to walk the entirety of downtown Ashland to visit shops, dine, and see a Shakespeare production!

This unit is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and easily walkable. It provides parking and all the basic amenities for an easy stay. The air conditioner is noisy and annoying but with 3 digit temperatures I was happy to have it.

As advertised, this unit is small and it worked out very nicely for the two of us and our small dog. Very clean and well-appointed. It is situated in a perfect location for short walks to downtown and nearby restaurants. Noble Coffee on Fourth was our go-to stop every morning during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The cottage is new, nicely decorated and comfortable. It’s close to town, restaurants, OSF, Lithia park, the Library, SOU and so much more. It is on an alley and next to parking lot, but it’s quiet and offers easy walking. It worked well with our dog. Our car could park right next to the door which was great in the snow and ice . The property manager was great and very patient with us. Thank you for a lovely stay. We’d stay here again!

It was a great place. Two minor problems 1. No dresser, there are drawer in bottom of bed but not easy to access 2. hot water mixing in shower not always easy.
Great location for downtown and all walk able.
