"The facility was very nice and quiet. Perfect for a retreat with private bath and hot spring water inside. My room carpet floor had spots- I thought it was wet - the staff were extremely nice and friendly, however only one person I met able to speak English. I guess the place was more towards locals than international guests. Overall. It was a good experience."

"I have stayed at other branches of this hotel, but this location is by far the best. Not only was the food delicious, but I felt a deep sense of hospitality and a genuine spirit of service in every detail. There was also a warmth and kindness typical of Osaka, and I thought every member of the staff performed their role wonderfully. From the thoughtful arrangement of the amenities to the generosity of simply providing USB cables, I could strongly feel the hotel's commitment to creating a more...
