"Great find at a reasonable price compared to many others in London. Great transport links as less than a 5 minute walk to the Mile End tube station. Lovely staff on arrival who gave a very warm welcome. It isn’t a fully manned 24 hour reception though so be wary if that’s what you need. Pleasantly surprised by the triple room. "It was fantastic! Honestly I cannot fault it, the only thing I’d suggest is a thin mattress topper so that you can’t feel the buttons on the mattress. Staff were lovely, everything in the room you could want. I appreciated the little bottle of semi skimmed milk in the fridge, and bottles of water!"

"We cannot say enough good things about The Hayden! First, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. They truly make you feel that they love having you stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is amazing! Though the rooms are adjacent to the pub, you do not hear any noise. The pub food is excellent! The coffee is fantastic. The location is very convenient to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. It is a very short walk to Paddington Station and other Tube stations.Be sure to go to BEAM...

"The Crown & Cushion is a delightful, old characterful pub in a convenient location. In line with its charming character, stairs are steep to rooms and floorboards wonky, so not good for people with reduced mobility. The en-suite in the room was large, bed comfortable. Had dinner and breakfast, food is great. All staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Carlos who was brilliant. "

"I needed to find a location on the outskirts of Reading and easy access to the M4. The Wee Waif has a good sizes car park and restaurant with a good selection of food. "
