    Main bedroom with Superking bed and ensuite ; 2nd bedroom with king size bed; 3rd bedroom with small double.
    Front parking for one car in front of house with possibility to park another car opposite the house .
    South facing easy to maintain back garden with large patio, patio furniture and barbecue.

We had a fantastic stay at Geraldine’s house. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable and spacious. The property had everything we needed for a longer period and felt like home to us for the 8 weeks. We didn’t even need to buy and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper etc) for the 8 weeks. Everything was provided for us! Communication was seamless and check in was a breeze, Geraldine even let us check in early. The surrounding area is fantastic for walks and mountain biking. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the local shops, pub etc. We would definitely recommend getting an ice cream in the town, it was the creamiest ice cream I’ve ever tasted. We would highly recommend the house to anyone staying in the area and I’m already looking at dates for next year lol.

A beautiful home in a quiet area next to the village of Ashford. Everything we needed and the host was terrific. Would definitely go back

Gorgeous and cozy

This was a wonderful "home base" for our adventures in Ireland. The host was excellent with communicating with us. The property was very comfortable, and within walking distance of some lovely restaurants and small shops.

The house was even better than pictured! Perfectly fitted with everything we needed for our party of four. Very quiet in a lovely neighborhood. Convenient to many locations and roadways. The handbook was very helpful!

Stayed here from November 23 to November 29th 2025 with my daughter. This property was absolutely Perfect!It was spotless, great beds, lots of towels even shampoo. Every essential you can imagine was provided even down to Washing Machine pods to do your laundry. The kitchen was spotless with lots of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans etc... Lots of spices, even cooking oil and snacks. Absolutely perfect. Great neighborhood and parking spot if you have a car.It is close to a small town for essentials.I can not find a single negative thing to say. Would absolutely stay here again.

The home was very well equipped and exceeded our expectations. The only hiccup was when we were checking in. We didn't have WiFi so I wasn't able to access the code to obtain the keys. Fortunately the property manager showed up and all was good.

WONDERFUL A+++++ hosts & stay in the garden of Ireland with amazing views of the countryside.

While home in Ireland after a long time away I needed a good home base to visit friends & family. Check in was a breeze, I was warmly welcomed and given the tour and key. The house is beautiful, secure, warm and inviting. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, families or reunions, loads of room and they have thought of absolutely EVERYTHING you might need. Fully stocked kitchen cupboards, table settings for a large group from egg cups to coffee, tea, spices, laundry soap,milk in the fridge, fruit and welcome gifts. There was nothing I needed but to settle in and relax after a long flight. The bathrooms had fluffy towels and a bath tray for relaxing, I had the best nights sleep in the comphy bed with a lovely electric blanket for cold nights. Cozy electric fireplace in the living room, soft tones and cozy blankets and pillows to relax. The house was decorated for the holidays so it felt so festive. If I was to search for anything that could be improved I would suggest instructions for the dryer, check out instructions & easing off on the scented products. I'm sensitive to scents so the only thing I found a bit much was the many scented candles/diffusers. Moving them to a bathroom was an easy solution so not a deal breaker. Downstairs bathroom sink is quite shallow so maybe a note to let guests be aware to let the tap trickle to wash hands in there or risk it splashing onto the floor. I had a fantastic time and will absolutely re-book 100% for my family in the future.🌈💚☘️🐝🎄
