Entire home
We are located in the Echo Valley neighborhood with several cabins in the area and long-time residents. Please note that while we have fence all around the property, you will see our neighbors, who are long-time residents of the area. We love our neighbors <3
The area gets snow in Winter. Please look up the weather advisory as the roads can get icy and you may need tire chains
To ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable, we believe in clear communication and full transparency. It's important to chat with your group to make sure everyone is in the loop, especially for situations outside our control.
Pets: While we absolutely love pets, keeping a space allergen-free is crucial. We kindly ask you to leave your furry friends at home.
Hot Tub: Our hot tub gets a thorough cleaning between guests. Please shower before taking a dip to remove any dirt or lotions. No salts, bath bombs, or bubbles, please. To prevent accidents, kindly refrain from using glassware. We provide plastic cups as a safer alternative. Take a moment to consider if these guidelines align with your preferences and those of your guests. Neglecting to do so may result in the need for draining and additional extensive maintenance, incurring an extra $200 fee. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Also note, that our hot-tub is outdoors and in the open. Rain and Snow will fall on the hot-tub. We have added a privacy screen around the hot tub for our guests
Power Outages: In case the power goes out, we've got alternative heating and cooking options. Keep in mind that the hot tub, wall heaters, and WIFI need electricity. It's a chance to enjoy activities like reading, playing games, or chilling by the fire pit.
Snow: Winter brings snow, so having AWD and tire chains is a good idea. Chains are a must from November to May if you're planning a trip to Mt. Rainier NP. Our driveway might get icy, and snow conditions can vary.
Cell Phone Service & Wifi: Cell service might have its ups and downs, and the WIFI could be a bit spotty due to our wilderness location. Take this as a chance to unplug and enjoy suggested activities.
Internet - We have high-speed internet with StarLink (thank you, Elon Musk :)). We have not had any issues with this but a storms could impact the service
Firewood: We don't provide firewood, but you can grab some at the nearby general store if you're planning to use the outdoor fire pit.
Your cooperation with these guidelines ensures a clean and welcoming space. This way, our housekeeper can focus on making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
