The Eclaire is a perfect place to enjoy a family vacation or a friends getaway! You'll have a relaxing yet stylish vacation in this three-level home that features an open living area, two awesome game rooms, outdoor dining and firepit! There's plenty of space to create unforgettable memories at The Eclaire!

The Eclaire is a three-level 5BR/4BA home offers the best of both worlds, a secluded location nestled on 0.75 wooded acres, yet only 15 minutes from the excitement of downtown Asheville.

Stylish decor & artistic features throughout the home, where cathedral ceilings and massive stone fireplace take center stage. Head downstairs to the game room and play a round of billiards or play one of 3000 Arcade games! Step outside and enjoy the firepit or just hang out on the back decks.

This is our beautiful 2nd home. We named the property after our oldest daughter. We are so lucky to spend part the year here! It is a very, very special place and not your common "rental property." We've designed it with high end furnishings, custom details, quality touches and lot's of love.

Beautiful house for a group

We had the best time staying at the Eclaire! It is wonderful for big groups and we loved all the common areas! House is decorated so well and beds were extremely comfortable! Great place to stay when visiting Asheville!

Fantastic home for large groups visiting Asheville

Our group had a great weekend in Asheville thanks to this wonderful home. We loved hanging out on the bottom floor and enjoying the nice outdoor space. Glad we could find a home with so many mattresses to be able to fit our entire group. House has been well kept and was clean when we arrived.

Thanksgiving Blessing

My entire family came to celebrate the holiday at this lovely home. Just prior to our stay, our other reservation was canceled due to hurricane Helene damage. Luckily, The Eclaire became available for us to enjoy. The home was large enough for my entire family and tastefully decorated. We highly recommend this location.

Great getaway

The house is so spacious and has plenty of room for people to hang out and relax. Don’t rely on Ubers for transportation around Asheville as they can be scarce, but the house is perfect for a large group to get together and enjoy each others company.

Amazing Stay at the Eclaire!

We had an incredible stay at the Eclaire. The house is so clean and tidy! They have the house stocked with everything you need. We loved the spacious rooms and separate bathrooms. The downstairs game room / lounge was even better in person, we spent most of our time just hanging around the bar and pool table. We had no issues getting to and from downtown Asheville (about a 20 minute ride). Max and Linds were great host and very responsive. We will definitely be going back!
