"Clean, great area, fabulous vibe…we will stay there again. Only minor drawback was room being cleaned…had to ask twice for it to be cleaned. They asked me what did I mean by cleaned. They gave us more towels and coffee… no taking towels on floor, dirty glasses, make bed, replace water, etc"

"Everything we ran into was amazing at the village hotel. Every question we had was answered! We ended up needing an extra comforter and guest services had it up to us within 10 minutes. I wish we would have taken more advantage of the grounds, we didn’t realize how much was included with our stay! Next time we will definitely do more, enjoy the scenery and all the tours Biltmore estates has to offer! Amazing location, right by the village with access to all the restaurants and the winery. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you are okay staying in one spot and not doing much exploring out of the estate, you’d be a-okay. The drive in and out is a little daunting at first, but you get used to it!"

"We have never stayed at a Crowne Plaza resort before, but I’m so glad we stayed here. This place is absolutely fantastic. The lobby is gorgeous. The check-in is simple and easy and the staff is very friendly. They have a bar in the large lobby and a restaurant beyond the bar that stays open until 10 PM. Great food and great service. They have an outdoor pool and hiking and biking trails and zip lining. If you’re an outdoor person, this is a place to go. They also have outdoor dining if you’d like to eat outdoors if you want a really nice place to go they have very nice spacious clean rooms. You will enjoy this place."
