This room offers: One king-size bed, one queen-size pull-out sofa, a full kitchen with a full-sized oven and range, refrigerator, and dishwasher, a complete set of cookware, dishes, and utensils, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, a toaster, coffee maker, iron, electric tea kettle, and microwave, a full set of linens and towels, a shower dispenser with Paya brand shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, an under-sink water filtration system, a smart TV with Netflix and Hulu streaming capabilities (just link to your account), cable television, and 200 Mbps of high-speed WiFi, a locally crafted starter bag of PennyCup coffee and coffee condiments, and a personal door code, which will be emailed to you 24 hours in advance of your arrival date with check-in instructions. A crib and high chair are available at no extra charge (contact the property manager for availability). This unit is located on the 1st (ground) floor with ADA wheelchair accessibility. This unit is pet-friendly with a $50.00 pet fee. For your convenience, a coin-operated laundry room is located on-site, with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets available.

Great space for our stay and in a convenient location. Close to local breweries and restaurants. I also loved that they had a massive dog bed for our furry friend in the room. Will definitely stay again and recommend!

Our condo was well appointed , clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. The only drawback was that it was loud. We could hear all neighbors and there is construction going on across the street.

We stayed for 4 days with our dog and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We had one small issue where the batteries died in the door lock; however, Nancy was very quick to resolve our issue and it caused us no problems since. The location of this place is right across the road from New Belgium Brewing and is within 15-20 minutes of most places you will adventure to. We will definitely be back and we 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Asheville!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. This unit had 2 issues. The door handle stuck down and would remain open and was hard to lock. 2nd issue the bed creaked like crazy every time someone rolled over.

Wonderful property in a fantastic location. Spacious and comfortable. Lovely kitchen and bathroom areas. We slept like babies and had tons of room. Best road stay ever! We plan to come back with friends asap. Love the river arts district just across the river! Loved Asheville...music, food, shops, Biltmore, art and more music!

Although the property was clean and well maintained, the location wasn't convenient to restaurants or shopping areas. If we wanted to go to a restaurant downtown, it was a 10 minute drive or more. This location would be better in the summer for folks that want access to the river for kayaking etc.

The flat was spacious, clean, and full of the amenities listed. The shower was very nice. The location was most excellent as we like to spend time in both west and downtown Asheville and the River Row Flats were close to both. It was a perfect place to unwind, relax, and visit all our favorite spots. Would definitely stay here again.
