Modern luxury awaits you in this stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. Two Master Bedrooms with their own private balcony provide incredible south-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

conveniently located for walking to pretty much anywhere downtown. Plenty to do close by. Our only complaint is noise from the street and the other units in the building. The walls and windows seem very thin for such a high-end condo

Three of us came to Asheville for a quick girls weekend. The property was spotless and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the porches were great for morning coffee. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. The area felt very safe and walkable. Would most certainly stay here again.

Stayed here with four girls for a chill Asheville winter weekend. It was the perfect location for us. We had two girls each sharing a comfy king bedrooms with 2 large en-suite bathrooms. Plenty of couch space for us to play games and drink wine at night. Patios off of each bedroom were nice to have. Super clean! Elevators, safe parking garage, excellent communication from host. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I love visiting Asheville and come up at least a couple of times a year. This condo has to be the most beautiful and comfortable rental property that we’ve stayed at to date. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture, which isn’t always the case and makes lounging not as pleasurable. The home was clean with secure parking which we love because we tend to walk everywhere. The location is great, with a food coop, restaurants and shops very close by. I highly recommend visiting the best coffee shop in Asheville which is tucked away and also within walking distance, Penny Cup Coffee. We would love to stay again on our future trips. Thank you!
