This is a clean and modern property that is extremely convenient to West Asheville, UNC-A and downtown. Quiet area, very peaceful. Fenced back yard is nirvana for our two big dogs. Will absolutely continue to book this house when we visit our UNC-A student.

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette and this was the perfect space. I love how open the main living space is and there were plenty of places for us to all sleep comfortably. Love that all the linens and paper products were provided as it made it easier for all of us since we were traveling here by plane. Beautiful and close to Downtown Asheville!

Beautiful, big house close to downtown Ashville. The hot tub took about 24 hours to heat up, so we could not use it on Thursday, which was disappointing. Otherwise, the house was exactly as described and fit our needs.
