VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. "

I sent an email and a message on the platform to the property host to inquire about a few things, but there has been no response to date. 2. Poor internet connectivity 3. Boiler not heating water: The boiler did not heat the water; there were errors on the boiler suggesting the pressure was low . I have photos and, if needed, will share. 4. Dirty: visibly dirty inside the property."
