Sandy beach 2.5 km, bathing lake "Øre" 2.5 km. Fishing possibilities 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Eikerapen Gjestgård Canoe rental 1 km, Kristiansand airport 85 km, Kristiansand 85 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Storevatn 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Eikerapen 10 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Top floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities (75 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating. Wooden floors. Large terrace 53 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smoking house. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
