"We had the most fantastic stay at the Vermont Sugar Maple. Jim and Linda were such welcoming and attentive hosts. The check in and check out process was the easiest we have had. The home was so clean and well appointed. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay with very thoughtful attention to detail. Comfy (even the sleeping nook in the lounge, wonderful nights sleep had there!), well-equipped (everything you could need in the kitchen) and well-positioned to get to various corners of Vermont. The only downside is that the listing had ‘pool’ and other leisure facilities listed. These are over a mile away AND you have to pay to access them; this, to my mind, does not equate to the property having them. Just because there’s a private pool near...

The neighborhood is also a big plus with the lake several hundred yards away and nice walks abounding. Very quiet. The host was very nice and communicative. Overall, a wonderful experience! "There are so many wonderful things about this property! The condo is new, clean, beautifully decorated and appointed, which made for a luxurious, comfy retreat after a day on the slopes. The location was fantastic - if the Sunshine Quad (steps from the condo) is open, you can be first up the mountain in the morning and basically have the trails to yourself - bliss. Note that if the Cat Nap trail is open, the Glades Peak Quad tends to be closed so there is only one way back from the main mountain...

"Visited for a weekend with the family to ski at Okemo. Great space for the whole family to enjoy before and after skiing. Super clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Location is central to everything and very close to the mountain. We would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"The condo was perfect, just what we were looking for. Vacasa is the management firm and they are very difficult to work with. They gave us the wrong door code to begin with so after trying to open the door in the freezing cold with children at night we had to go back to the car and wait on hold to get in touch with vacasa to eventually get the right code. The condo comes with two parking passes but we had a third card as the condo accomodates 10 people. I asked vacasa where a 3rd car could park...
