"The room a very clean, they are cleaned daily. We stayed 7nights and they always looked like the first day. The staff was great and helpful. They have amenities down stairs in the lobby. Our rooms as cold or hot as we wanted. I had peaceful night. Great location. No laundry available but there was a laundromat two blocks away. Will definitely come back to this hotel."

"I like the location of this property. I stayed there 2 nights and wanted somewhere that was close to the airport but easy enough to get into the heart of London. This is ideal for that. And the fact that there is a restaurant on property is a nice addition."
