A beautiful setting right on Lake Maggiore. Our room was spacious, had a refrigerator and coffee maker which we appreciated. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful with answering questions. Breakfast was very good and there are great hiking options nearby.

Loved the hotel. Lakeview from our balcony was just relaxing. Staff was great; helped with auto parking arrangements and was informative. Our room was outstanding. Room size, as expected, was a little small but the way furniture was laid out—maximized every inch making it easy with luggage! The entire hotel was clean and updated. Highly recommend.

Gutes Hotel

War geschäftlich unterwegs und buchte das sehr gut gelegene Hotel an der Promenade. Hat einen Parkplatz ganz in der nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Im Restaurant leider etwas langsam und man muss sich sehr bemühen bis jemand kommt. Trotzdem ein sehr gutes Hotel 👍

I took s last minute trip to Ascona and had wonderful luck booking a room overlooking the lake. The room was comfortable, had a petite balcony with a table and two chairs, and the bath was modern. The staff were AMAZING and Friendly. The food was delightful. Bteakfast was a typical European buffet, and eggs and bacon could be made to request. I will definitely return to this lovely hotel.

Das Hotel war sehr gut und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freudlich und die Drinks und das Essen war gut. Schade ist nur das wenn das Restaurant sehr voll ist das man relativ lange Wartezeiten hat weil es für soviele Leute meiner Meinung nach zu wenig Personal hat. Jedoch alles in allem trotdem top ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen. Für ein Weekendtrip ideal umd sehr Zentral direkt an der Promenade.
