The apartment is located on the third and top floor (45 steps) and this makes it very bright and offers the possibility to enjoy a breathtaking view of the roofs and the surrounding countryside.

It has been recently renovated and furnished with taste and attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

It consists of an entrance with kitchenette, equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, dining area and fireplace.
The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the surroundings.
The two double bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes.
The bathroom is modern and functional, with walk-in shower and double sink.
In the closet, which is located in the stairwell, you can find the washing machine.
