Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem waren das Stadtzentrum und verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Zoo, das Naturkundemuseum oder der Aasee für uns mit dem Fahrrad sehr schnell zu erreichen. "Es ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Wobei mir das noch rote Sofa noch besser gefallen hat. Ist eben in meinem Fall genau das richtige Intererieur. Erstaunlich, wie "alte" Möbel umgebaut und eingesetzt wurden. Und es hat einen Seelenschmeichelnden Touch! Mir gefällt das."

Und diverses weitere. Die Wohnung wurde von uns daraufhin NICHT bezogen. Eine Erstattung, selbst der Kaution erfolgte bislang nicht. "
