"Everyone was quite helpful. The newest part of the hotel is quite nicely done with an over the top rooftop spa - sauna - pool - and relaxing rooms. It makes this stop an opportunity for chilling and relaxing. My room was in the older section of the hotel and while it was clean and well cared for, it's a contrast to the updated section. They served a most excellent breakfast buffet. The dinner was traditional local food and very good quality. "

"Nice place with good access to the tram and bus that can take you into old town. Also your right near the Ambras castle which is maybe a 15 minute walk and worth the trip if your a history buff. It does cost $ if you want to go inside, but the grounds are open to the public. It's a beautiful location."
