Former farm in an idyllic secluded location on the outskirts of Aschau i. Ch. Towards Bernau am Chiemsee. Very nice view towards Aschau i. Chiemgau and the surrounding mountains on the Zellerhorn. Apartments in the annex, double rooms and apartments in the main house. 300 m to the natural outdoor swimming pool with tennis court and natural moor outdoor swimming pool, each with a kiosk, 1 km to the town and 500 m to the orthopedic children's clinic. 8 km to Lake Chiemsee and 3.4 km to the Kampenwand cable car.

Eisfach im Kühlschrank leider defekt. Funktional eingerichtet. Liegt etwas außerhalb von Aschau in ruhiger Lage. Wohnung wirkt recht dunkel.
