"Breakfast isn’t buffet as advertised. It’s only a table with staff distributing some basic pastries (2 pastries and 1 bread per guest). Breakfast starts at 6:30am and guests need to line up before that time even though the staff and the food are on standby already. The food won’t be distributed before the set breakfast starting time. The one top advantage it enjoys is the proximity to Asahikawa Station, within 5 minutes walk. It’s also only 5 minutes walk to Aeon Mall."

"Excellent location. Free same-day luggage/bag luggage storage after check out. Some reception staff spoke limited English but eager to help. Very spacious room. Working air-conditioning (visited in August). Clean at first glance but there were ants near kitchen area and bathroom sink. Another consideration for families staying longer is the inconvenience of the toilet and bathroom being together. Despite all this I'd likely stay again for an overnight trip only but please fix your ant problem!"
