"The property needs a bit of work, especially the kitchen exhaust fan, it was oily and the bath water pressure needs work as well. The sofas needs to be replaced or removed as the wires are pocking. This property is very good if you have a large group or with small children and experience a Japanese House and Culture."

I opted for breakfast which was a good choice. It was delicious with many options (sausage, roast beef, bacon, marinated pork, ramen,etc). And the breakfast staff was fantastic. "This house is really nice. It's new, clean and fully furnished. The garden and the view from the house is beautiful. We felt really relaxed there. The only thing I can say is the shower room is too small for a house. Its far from city center, if you want a quiet and relaxing place, this would be a good choice."

"It is a poorly maintained hotel. The 7th floor corridor have a kerosene smell. The water pressure for the shower was very low and our feedback was ignored. We do not feel safe too."

"Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and even helped drive us to the train station and stopped at the beautiful snowy sights around Biei along the way. This is a beautiful location, close to AKJ airport (by car, or by bus with a bit of walking). We decided to stay here because we wanted an easy location to stay the night after arriving in Hokkaido, before heading to the mountains. It was cozy, quiet, and clean, and we would stay here again happily."
