"Luxurious resort with a wide variety of amenities and very convenient to travel to Ogizawa station for onward trip. It would be even more ideal if the vending machines have an assortment of snacks to choose from (currently only drinks). "

"Had a great stay at Kurobe Unazuki Onsen Yamanoha. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style with many options - both traditional and western. Room was very spacious and was a lot bigger than we were expecting! Highlight was the outdoor Onsen. Would highly recommend - staff spoke good English and very friendly. "

"My partner and I were eager to experience the snow in Hakuba and were in search of an affordable and charming place to stay for a couple. We stumbled upon West Coast Inn, and its location turned out to be incredibly convenient for us. Situated just a 3-minute walk from Hakuba Station (also providing access to the Hakuba Free Shuttle to the Happo One Slope and other slopes), it was perfect. Seiko and her husband were delightful hosts, both fluent in English, which was helpful for us as non-Japanese speakers. Our room and the overall ambiance of the inn were delightful, and they truly made us feel at home."
