Idéalement situé à deux pas de la plage, du sentier côtier GR34, des écoles de voile, tennis, golf, casino, restaurants et animations du port. Depuis Port Navalo (accessible à pied), partez en bateau vers Belle-Île, Houat, Hoëdic ou le Golfe du Morbihan.

Appartement de 3 pièces en duplex, 2ᵉ et dernier étage avec terrasse aménagée, et vue sur le port, dans une résidence calme avec piscine (ouverte du 15/06 au 15/09).
6 couchages : 2 chambres + canapé-lit (140 cm), 2 salles de bain, cuisine équipée (y compris grille pain, machine expresso, bouilloire), TV, wifi, parking et abri à vélos.

Short break

Enjoyed five nights in this well equipped and located apartment with lovely views overlooking the marina at Port du Crouesty. Lots of nearby restaurants and good walking opportunities. Bus trip to Vannes on one day to see its beautiful medieval architecture with the bonus that the buses were free that week!

Excellent sejour sur le port

Très bon séjour dans un excellent appartement. Formidable accueil de Martine et Françoise, emplacement idéal, et logement parfait pour nous (bien équipé, literie confortable, calme avec vue port conforme aux photos). Terasse agréable avec mini bémol de la promiscuité avec les voisins. On recommande !!

Magnifique vue

Magnifique vue sur le port, l appartement est très bien placé puisque nous pouvons tout faire à pieds que se soit balade en bateau ou faire le GR 34.Le soir vue sur le couché du soleil magnifique Je recommande cette location et merci à Olivier pour cette intention lors de mon arrivée

Jolie location face au port de plaisance

Nous avons apprécié le confort, la décoration et la propreté de l’appartement ainsi que l’accueil de Presquelle service. Joli Duplex, Hote tres gentille

Olivia est une hote tres soucieuse de ses invites, et son papa (qui est sur place) nous a rendu plusieurs services (nous trouver des draps, nous reparer la douche en quelques minutes etc). Francoise de la societe de service a ete tres arrangeante. l’appartement n Duplex est tres mignon, et la terrasse un vrai plus. Merci aolivia

Un excellent séjour

L’appartement bien décoré est situé au calme sur le port avec la vue sur les bateaux qui entrent et qui sortent, un enchantement. Nous avons été bien accueilli et pu profiter du beau temps, des restaurants, commerces et loisirs situés tout près.

Le logement est parfait ainsi que ses equipements et fidèle aux photos du site. La situation geographique permet de realiser des randonnées et d'avoir accès à la plage sans avoir besoin de prendre son vehicule. L'accueil est très agréable. Un petit regret : heure d'arrivée tardive et heure départ tôt. Une amplitude horaire differente serait appreciable pour mieux profiter du sejour.

Fantastisch

Een fijn, ruim en schoon appartement met fantastisch uitzicht over de haven en de zee. Ook een prettig housekeeping team. Rustig en schoon zwembad, vele restaurantjes bij de haven, Cairn du Petit Mont is een bezoek waard en mooie wandelpaden langs de zee. We hebben genoten van een zonovergoten week in Arzon. Bedankt Olivia, komen graag nog een keer terug!
