"The good stuff… The housekeeper is very friendly and located close by. Check in was easy and the walk is straightforward from the train station. There is a grocery store just down the road as well. Restaurants line the walk to the location. The bad… The temperature is great with the windows open. The mosquitos love it. They invaded with a hateful vengeance. We lost two people the first night, leaving a third in critical condition. Come morning we bought arms and launched a full counter attack....

"The property was very spacious and had everything we would want. The location is perfect; tucked away down and alley from the main water front in Venice. A short walk to all the main attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Both Angelo and Emamuela were very helpful and responsive to any questions or issues. They recommended a boat tour, met us at the boat stop after we arrived and made the visit a wonderful experience!"

"We were two couples and we found the apartment perfect for our three day stay. It’s spotlessly clean, well equipped and has restaurants, shopping and grocery stores all nearby. You will not find a host as dedicated as Alessandro. He met us at the vaporetto stop, got us settled and spent quite some time giving us advice and tips on how to have an amazing Venice experience. You will not be disappointed - we found it to be a true gem."

"We had a wonderful stay in Venice at this apartment. Our host, Massimo, really enhanced it with a boat tour in the evening as he described the ins and outs of his city. (Next time we come we will remember to bring our mosquito repellant, though!)"

"This was a comfortable place to stay away from the crowds. The neighborhood is authentic and not a tourist location, and we found some great dinner and gelato places nearby, along with a nice walking/biking path. The apartment is simple with no frills, but had what we as a family needed. The host was very friendly and helpful! We did get tired of riding the T1 tram 10-15 min in and out of Venice each day but this is part of the choice to stay here."

"We got to check out Mira and Dolo- we really loved this town right next door. The Villa was large and very spacious, the extra beds in both of the apts (2 of four) were really nice! The AC was a nice addition since it was so hot outside. The bus to Venice was convenient - around 30 min in and a little longer on the way home. The Villa was wonderful and I would stay here again!"

"Property was as described,-lovely with plenty of space and everything you needed and exceptionally clean. Paride was very happy to help and accommodate any requests. Thoughtful food items left in the cupboards as well as a delicious tiramasu which didn't last long! Trains into venice pretty much ran on time which was great. All in all a great place to stay for visiting Venice. Thank you! 😊"

"6 adults ages 60+ stayed. We arrived early but found a nice restaurant right down a short alley for delicious pizza and cappuccino. Was shortly met and dropped luggage off while cleaning was being completed. The location is perfect. Close to everything and easy to walk around. "This apartment was amazing! Very clean and roomy and everything worked perfectly. Only a short walk from a ferry stop, so super convenient to get in and out of the train station or airport. "This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It is a short walk to the Piazalle Roma and grocery stores. A few restaurants right around the corner. But not in the direct tourist zone so it is relatively quiet and not congested. The rooms were well appointed. The two level design allows for privacy and was relatively quiet for guests sleeping upstairs if other guests were on the main floor. The kitchen is small. The bedrooms are a good size. "It was a lovely apartment in a great location; easy walking distance to all the major sights. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Giacomo picked me up from the train station and drove me to the apartment, and I was able to check in right away! I very much enjoyed my stay here."

"Very clean and host was very friendly/helpful. It was a little difficult to find but the host was there when we arrived to show us where it was. Only gave 4 stars for neighborhood as it was under construction/renovations around the area. Once that is done, would definitely give it 5 stars! There was tea, coffee, dish/laundry and bath soaps as well as olive oil, balsamic, etc. to use which is always nice! If we ever return to Italy, we would definitely stay here."

"I really enjoyed staying this hotel. It's very close to main shopping stores and lots of restaurants. If you hire a private water taxi (costs around $130) you can be dropped off right in front of the hotel."
