"The owner of the boat would not message us a way of getting in. VRBO refuse to refund us and we’ve had our holiday ruined. Haven’t slept for the last two days. This was supposed to be a treat for my family and I but it’s turned into a nightmare. We never have this issue with a similar company which we have used for 6 other bookings on this trip. I will never book through VRBO or Expedia (their parent company) ever again."

"The property was well located, plenty of parking in the hotels paid car park (not expensive). Had chosen the superior room so i could cook in 1 room and not sleep in the same room with the cooking smells. Only down side was there wasn't a comfortable seat or sofa, or a TV in the bedroom. "

"An excellent place to stay. V modest price..(But remember it is not a hotel, so you need your own towel, soap etc.) Scrupulously clean. V comfortable bed. Excellent shower and toilet. Peaceful and lovely surroundings. "
