"Expensive for the amount you pay. There is no hot water in the shower. It’s just lukewarm. One lady at the front desk said we can checkout at 12:30 but the other lady (Ximena) said we cannot. Overall you would expect better customer service."

"This property is in a very good condition. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Beach front which makes it super convenient. The hotel is great I would have given it 5 starts but the only complaint I have is that you can hear all the drunk people screaming all night. I normally don’t care but it gets really REALLY LOUD. "They charge for the use of room safe. Which I have never experienced in any country. They do not change pool towels even when they are dirty and you are staying for 7 nights. Parking they charge Euro 20 a day. Room is not cleaned properly nor is the bathroom."
