"We booked a family room (2 adults and 2 teens) which turned out to be on the top floor (heated all day by the sun) and super hot (>90 F when we arrived in the early evening). There is no AC, just a small fan and a room cooler that uses water (and ice upon request). The staff were very responsive ..."
