My family and I run a dude ranch guest resort, so I naturally pay close attention to service and hospitality wherever I go. The staff at Ameristar were some of the most genuine, friendly, and professional people I’ve encountered. Every interaction felt real, welcoming, and delivered with pride — something that’s become rare these days. One morning, I accidentally overslept and didn’t realize it was already 4 PM, well past the 10 AM checkout. I expected the worst when the manager knocked on my door, but instead, he was simply checking to make sure I was okay. That level of concern and care meant a lot. We ended up having a great conversation, and I even decided to stay an extra night. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Ameristar exceeded all expectations — I’ll definitely be back"
