"This is a lovely property, excellent for relaxing either after a long flight from overseas, or before heading back home as we did. The pool is very refreshing and has multiple deck chairs available and food is extremely delicious! All staff are incredibly kind, thoughtful and courteous and really want your stay to be perfect. On a clear day you can see the top of Kilimanjaro as you have a gin and tonic on the veranda in the photo. Monkeys would be playing overhead as you were eating on a terrace overlooking a bird paradise. Horseback riding was great through the village and jungly terrain. "Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...

"Nice place except the noise coming from the other side of the wall was ungodly which is out of managements control. Loud music and preaching until 3am several nights in a row so very hard to sleep. Also rather hard to locate at first. On the other hand, the rooms were great, staff very friendly & helpful, the food is excellent and the grounds are beautiful."

"It was a great stay. We arrived around 9pm, but we were able to order a meal. Fridge available with reasonable prices for drinks. Good breakfast. Since we didn't fly out until that evening, we could rent the room longer $3 per hour, or stay in the common area. We requested toasted tomato sandwiches for lunch and were accommodated. Easy and relaxed atmosphere. "

Wonderful Experience!

"We only stayed for one night but had a great experience. The hotel property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant. The food was delicious and the decor was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Arusha."

"I love this hotel so much that I have stayed here for four times already and will always stay here when I visit Arusha. The staff are just incredibly helpful and professional, from the front desk (Thank you Maryline!) to the restaurant wait staff (Elisha and Genarose!) to the porters and laundry staff. Great job everyone... oh and the chef and cooks. Wow, what great food. I love Kibo Palace1"
