"Love the location of the hotel and love the staff. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. There were many good restaurants available for dinner. The hotel breakfasts included with your room were EXCELLENT! We spent 4 days exploring Washington DC. The staff told us about the SW shuttle with a stop at the L'Enfant metro station; spy museum, air and space museum, and the zoo."

"Great hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning. I took away one star because we arrived at 1:30 and they would not let us check into our room until 4pm. They said our room was available and we could check in now for $50! They would waive the fee for gold honors members. Unfortunately I’m just a regular honors member. In past experience most hotels let you check in early if your room is ready and without a fee. Disappointing that they wanted to squeeze an extra $50 out of me!"

"Location is fantastic-short walk to White House and many monuments, museums, and other attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room, while a bit small was well furnished and appointed. All in all, an excellent place to stay."
