This was the first time I did see water in, yet, it was not open. Staff was friendly and accommodating. On-site restaurant wait staff was fantastic. Would stay again."

"This home was near Carlsbad Caverns and not too far from Guadalupe Mountains. While it is not as secluded as you might think, it was a nice home in the area with plenty of space to spread out. There is also a very nice courtyard area with a good grill. "
