"Our stay was fantastic, staff is so friendly and caring and the property is very beautiful and so child friendly. The breakfast was very delicious too. "Lovely pool and tranquil location. BUT no oven, no shower screens. Washing machine broke down twice. It was needed for our group of 9. Dishwasher small and out of action but kitchen sink has strange small wash hand basin installed in old stone trough. Consequently any splashes did not drain and nasty smells ensued unless every drop mopped up. One bed collapsed when one of us sat down on it -/ it had been assembled without all its screws. "This is a wonderful quit spot just a few minutes drive from Sineu. The single floor apartments are new and well constructed with a rustic appearance. The included continental breakfast was plentiful and quite varied with coffee made to order. We would highly recommend this agriturismo. "

"This was our second stay at Hotel Condesa. Our time there was fantastic. We went with the desire of having a good family holiday and we got exactly that. Our daughter had loads of fun in the different pools, beach and with the animation team (massive kudos to them). Food is, in general, really good. I think there are enough options as to enjoy a tasteful meal. It is true that the grill variety might not feel incredibly diverse after four days in, but I still think it is more than acceptable. The main area of improvement is food labelling. Sometimes food is placed under the wrong label being quite confusing. The second problem is regarding translations. I’ve noticed problems when translating some fish with a completely wrong word (this is mostly noticeable if you are fluent in Spanish and English). Rooms aren’t the biggest. For a family of three they are just alright. If you needed a cot (we needed that on our first trip), space gets tighter, but there’s space to move from the room to the balcony without much complication. For us, that we don’t spend much time in it, it was sufficient. In summary, we would definitely consider a third trip there."
