"Had a great stay in the loft room at this property. Everyone was so friendly and breakfast was wonderful. The property is really close to the road so you do have some road noise but the grounds are beautiful and you cannot beat the location if you are going to the grand ol opry. "

"This was a great location walking distance to everything!! But the futon and bed were cheap and very fragile. Love the layout of the condo though!"

"We had a great time staying here! It was a perfect location to walk to everything. The check in/checkout process was smooth. Beds were comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. Some constructive feedback, we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, and there were no extra waste basket liners. I would recommend stocking these a little more for large groups that are staying for multiple days. Thank you again!"

"This apartment is in a very convenient place and close to downtown! However, we heard mice and found 2 large cockroaches in the apartment."

"This was the perfect location for a long weekend in Nashville if your plan is to take advantage of all Broadway has to offer. The loft was a bit older, but clean and well appointed for what we needed. The beds were comfortable. It’s right in the heart of everything, so it’s not quiet, but it was exactly as advertised. We would come back again! "

"Upon arriving there is a huge parking lot that you if course Can Not park in which literally makes no sense but I digress No realistic parking on the street either and the lot that was offered was a block away in a not so lit lot, again I digress. "Very convenient to Broadway, the country music hall of fame and the waterfront. The room was well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. We could hear the concert at the nearby amphitheater but it wasn't enough to interrupt sleep. The staff was friendly, funny and helpful"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay at Motif! I recently stayed at Motif and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to Broadway and all the action, but still peaceful and quiet when it was time to relax. The space was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I especially appreciated the little details like complimentary coffee, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi."
