"Super clean! Very nice hotel in a great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel. The worst part, I booked this room for 3 people, myself, wife and daughter. Daughter was 13 and that is the info I put in when I booked the room. When I arrived, they told me that their policy was 13 and over was an adult and we would need to pay for another adult in the room. This was never disclosed in the booking and I entered all of the information in when I booked. That is unacceptable to try to charge more once someone arrives. Holiday Inn and Expedia need to get this figured out so that no one else has this surprise. "

"Staff is very helpful, pleasant and polite. Establishment is clean and quiet. The beds are the best of any motel that I've stayed. I wasn't tired, when I checked in, but was still able to get a good night sleep. "
