"This R15 beachfront resort is well laid out with beautifully kept gardens. It has two pools, a bar and a restaurant with good quality food and fun special occasion nights with entertainment. Rooms and facilities have everything to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The thing that really makes all the difference are the friendly and passionate staff who are always upbeat and are clearly proud of the Sunset Resort. Many staff have been at the resort for years and regard it as a home away from home and guests get the same feeling. Many other guest were on repeat stays and we too, hope to visit again."

"Loved our stay at the Sanctuary.. Location is next level. Snorkeling at your door and helpful friendly staff.. Complimentary breakfast was good so no complaints there. Only negative was the 2x we ordered food (eggs benedict and pizza) which was not very edible.. Would definitely stay again.. thanks x"

"We found Magic Reef to be an absolutely ideal resort property. The bungalows are very well designed and appointed and each has a view of the beach. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the waterfront gazebo and deck area was a lovely place to spend time watching the waves crash on the reef in the distance. Cars were available for rent on site which was very convenient and there were restaurants within walking distance along the beach - how great is it to walk along a sand beach to a table overlooking a Raro sunset? Magic Reef shows great pride of ownership and the staff is super helpful. There are three new beautiful bamboo bungalows with more than one bedrooms just being finished in the same design - which build on your vision of what a South Pacific ideal vacation place would be. You simply won’t find a nicer place on Raro. "

"Beautiful grounds . Two resturants for dining. Very nosey. New Zealanders let they children go crazy. Running, screaming and yelling. If you want some peace and quiet go somewhere else."

"Our two week stay at the Black Pearl was so lovely. Paul is an excellent host who takes great care of his property and has great local knowledge. Our room was large and comfortable. The saltwater pool is convenient for days when you don't feel like getting sandy at the beach. There is a dairy/ fuel station/ ice cream shop right next door and Aro's Shipwreck Bar/ Restaurant within walking distance. The library of books, snorkel gear and reef shoes we borrowed during our stay really added to our experience!"
