The flat is on the second floor with lift, tastefully furnished and consists of: bedroom with double bed, separate fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and table, TV, internet, bathroom with bathtub (with shower), laundry room, private parking space in the garage and a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool and equipped with a table for eating outside in this beautiful Canarian climate... You will love it!

Within walking distance is the seafront promenade, where there is also the famous Bahía Beach restaurant, and close to all amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, bars, bank, gym and pharmacy.

It is a really good location for all those people who want to experience sea life and discover the island.
